Members Contact Policy |

As a Provider, 'Assemblies of God Jobs Online' (aka: AGJobs.Org) (herein: Provider) has created this Member Contact Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and abuse.
The Provider at any time may allow an account holder (hereinafter called Member) the ability to access a Member-To-Member internal message systems (herein called Member Contact System. Also known as MSC and/or My.Messages). Our Member Contact System allows Members to directly contact other Members by send internal messages to other Members.
As the Provider we reserve all rights to monitor the communications of its Members to ensure that all Members comply with the Provider's policies and/or applicable law. When the Provider becomes aware of harmful activities and/or Policy Violations, it may take any action to stop the harmful activity and/or Policy Violations, including but not limited to, removing information, shutting down the web site, implementing screening software designed to block offending transmissions, denying access to the Internet, termination of Members accounts without notification nor refunds, notification to local, state, federal or governmental agencies, or any other action it deems appropriate and/or necessary.
Transmission or publication of any information, data or material in violation of any U.S. Federal or state regulation or law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trade secret or any other statute, threatening material or obscene material. The Provider reserves the right, without notification to the Member, to remove any and all materials which infringe on copyright work. Such materials may be removed at any time, without notification to the Member upon receiving a complaint and/ or notice of copyright infringement. The Provider reserves all rights to said Member of notification prior to disconnection of service, or to simply terminate said Members account. The Provider may take any action to stop further Member activity, including but not limited to, removing information, shutting down the web site, implementing screening software designed to block offending transmissions, denying access to the Internet, termination of Members accounts without notification nor refunds, notification to local, state, federal or governmental agencies, or any other action it deems appropriate and/or necessary.

To protect our Members any transmission/sending of email address(es), instant messenger user names, website addresses, and other 'methods of contact' within our Members Contact System will be considered a violation of this policy.
Resume and/or Position Prohibition:
Transmission of resumes and/or open positions via the My.Messages system is not allowed. 'Assemblies of God Jobs Online' is an online listing for resumes and open positions, please utilize our services in such manners. Any transmissions of resumes or open positions may result in your account being terminated without notification and without refund.
Policy Enforcement:
The Provider reserves all rights to monitor and review all data transmission, Internal Messages, any other Member-To-Member communications, including those marked Private by the Customer, in order to investigate and monitor all compliance with this Policy, and other Global Policies.
The Provider reserves all rights to update this Policy without notification to it's Customers.
