My mother left when I was six. Since she was only 16 when she gave birth to me, she decided that she had missed out on her teen years, and she wanted to get them back. She lived in poverty with a life style that was anything but Christian. When I was 14 she was diagnosed with AIDS. She then gave her heart to Christ and died 2 years later.
My father was quite a confused man with a bad temper, and that temper was taken out on me. He was arrested when I was fifteen for having an affair with a 12 year old girl. In jail that night, my dad surrendered all he had to God, and he is now one of the greatest men of God I know.
While all this was going on, my grandparents would take me to church every Sunday ever since I was in diapers. I always stayed with my grandparents on the weekends, so I could go to church with them. My grandfather would pray with me and read the bible to me at night. This planted a seed in me, that has never left.
I was filled with the Holy Spirit at age 19. I started doing street ministry immediately, and I've been in ministry ever since.

I am 31 years old. My wife, Rebecca, is 27. We have been married for almost 7 years. We have a 2 year old son, Chase. My wife graduated from the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry with an AA Degree in Practical Ministry. She is a tremendous support to me with her organizational and multi-tasking skills, and her continued devotion to God, our family, and ministry.
