My wife, Pat, and I first came into the Pentecostal faith with the Assemblies of God in the early seventies. I was healed in the first service of a great revival that touched thousands of lives. Dying from an incurable stomach disease, I attended this revival in desperation. As the evangelist stood to preach, he immediately began to give a word of knowledge about someone in the service being healed. The description of the person's sickness was exactly like mine. I thought he must have my medical records. The evangelist's words penetrated my entire body, spirit and soul. I began to tremble and shake violently in my chair and I literally felt the hand of God massage my stomach. I was immediately healed and before anyone spoke to me, I ran to the altar and fell on my face before God and everyone. I called out to the Lord to save me and He mercifully saved me and I told the Lord that He could have my entire life to do with as He chose. That week I not only was saved and healed, but I was also filled with the Holy Spirit. I have never been the same since! I went back to my doctor and he tested me and checked me out and then wrote across my medical chart, Healed by the Hand of God!
A few months later, God called my wife and me into the ministry and set us on a path to prepare for full-time ministry. We are passionate about the things of God and do not take lightly the call that God has on our lives. The Lord also called my wife to be a minister and over the years the Lord has joined us at the hip spiritually and made us a very powerful ministry team. The ministry is not a job to us but it is who we are. We love the opportunity to share the Word of God to everyone in order to win souls into the Kingdom of God.
