I grew up attending church. I first gave my heart to the Lord in Jr. Church when I was 5 and like most people raised in the church rededicated my life every time an opportunity was presented. It wasn't until I was 13 years old that I recognized that being a Christian wasn't about attending church three times a week and avoiding things that were considered sinful but Christianity is about a relationship with the loving God. I became very active in my youth group and at the age of 16, I went on my first missions trip where I was called into fulltime ministry. At the age of 19, I joined a Missions organization where I became involved in overseas missions. Through the missions organization I traveled to Dartford, England and here I ministered in the local church for 4 years. God blessed me during this time of my life and I learned to fully rely on Him. After being totally immersed in the British culture, God was calling me to continue my education. At the age of 24 I returned to California and pursued a degree in Church leadership with a concentration in Youth Ministry. I graduated with honors this past may and am eagerly awaiting the next location in my spiritual journey.
