Born again at 4yrs old, baptized in the Spirit at 13 with evidence of speaking in tongues. At that time I was called to minister to the Church, especially the youth. I went to Master's Commission in Birmingham, Al., and completed my second year in Pensacola at the Brownsville Master's Commission, completing Berean courses just 2 short of my Licensing level. I took a year off to save for school, and attended North Central University and gained a Bachelor in Evangelism with a minor in Bible. During my time I was a cell group captain with 4 college age leaders under me and between 45 and 60 middle school kids till we multiplied.
I grew up in a Godly home. When I was 4, it was Jesus's revelation of His love that made me choose to live the rest of my life for Him. After having to move with my Dad's job, I dealt with severe depression from when I was 8-13, till I was baptized in the Holy Spirit. At that time, God began teaching me and introducing me to ministry. God gave me a vision of many of my friends who were falling away and gave me a heart to reach them. When I got to MC my 1st year, I had another vision of my unsaved brother's grave. I prayed for about a week or so asking everyone to pray for him, at the end, God showed me thats how He sees the unsaved and gave me a heart for the lost.
My heart is to disciple. I dont want to raise up leaders, but servants who lead. I grew up under holiness teaching and thats what I expect out of my students without being legalistic. My ministry style is somewhat bi-polar; I'm fun when its time to be fun but very serious when its time to minister. Discipleship is about relationships and being relational. I am very familiar with cell group ministry. I am very straight-forward preacher and teacher. While I am sensitive to culture, I am not afraid to hit tough topics.
