I grew up in a loving, Christian home in Shawnee, Oklahoma. At the age of eight, I wanted to partake of the communion elements so I joined the church and was baptized. At the age of twelve, I said the sinners prayer at a youth camp, but did not fully realize what I was doing.
When I turned eighteen years old I began to attend a pentecostal holiness church and attended their sunday school program.
One night I had a dream: I was in my mothers kitchen. As I looked outside, dark clouds began to fill the sky. I called the operator to find out what the weather report was, "ITS RAPTURE WEATHER!" the operator replied.
"Rapture Weather"? I repeated, "I'm ready"! The operator was no longer on the line. As I looked outside, the clouds were pitch black, then suddenly, they began to part and in an instant, the sky was clear blue.
Jesus descended into my backyard, I ran outside and said: "JESUS, JESUS!!" Jesus looked at me with a confused look on His face, as to say, "Who are you?" Then he kept walking.
I woke up and called my sunday school teacher, he lead me to Christ that night. It was just after midnight, February 14th, 1986.
I joined the US Navy out of High School, after spending the first year and a half on a roller coster ride with my walk with God, I hooked up with a group of Christian men called "The Navigators" They helped me develop my walk with Christ.
I entered full time ministry in 1993 in California as a youth worker, attended Masters Commission from 1995-1997, Bible College from 1998-2000. I moved to Waterloo, Iowa in 2000, where I have been on Staff(See Resume).
