Strategic Planning & Business Development:
•Lead analyst in developing business strategy for European operations. Developed financial models used to quantify operational options for business units and created presentation and recommendations based on analysis.
•Lead analyst in $125 million divestiture of three business units. Activities included preparing initial selling documents, identifying potential suitors, coordinating on-sight due diligence meetings with suitors, gathering and preparing materials for due diligence, coordinating and leading internal strategy meetings, participating in several business organizational meetings to coordinate divestiture activities among business functional areas and coordinating meetings between our core strategic team and the suitor's strategic team.
