A piece of my heart – Matt
I desire to lead God's children into His presence. Before any resume is reviewed, know that I cannot minister to His people if I am not giving the creative ability and up most confidence to lead His children into His presence through music, preaching, teaching, humor, etc.
I was once told by an mentor of mine to never burn any bridges that may lead me to certain positions in life in the church, and out of the church for that matter. However, I have learned that I must burn every bridge that gives the Devil a way to build strongholds between my interviewer and I, or any authority and I. Without bridges, Jesus is the only One who can hold the relationship together, because He is the only One Who will walk on the water to build the relationships up and IN HIM.
I am searching for a group of men who are sold out to Jesus Christ to the point of death. Men who love rebuke from wise men, and hate evil. Men who are humble before God and men, because they know they have nothing to offer anyone except obedience to the Father. Moses was the most humble man in all the earth, and so our allotment from the Lord when it comes from His awesome will in our lives, will flow out from Him, through us, to His people, through our humility. Without humility, we will never be unified as a Body, and will never grow in the Lord. Stagnation will reign, and false hopes will continually plague our church. Until we as leaders humble ourselves and pray... turn from our evil ways, and SEEK HIS FACE, we will never see any hope fulfilled until the prophecies in the Scripture are fulfilled.
I have chosen to follow God's will in music ministry because through this ministry I have come to an awesome revelation of Him... and that is He is longing for us to enter into His presence! He sent His Son to become our High Priest, so now we may enter into the Most Holy Place and talk face to face with God. Only in His presence will we receive true direction
