How Do I Reset My Password?
If you have forgotten your password you may have our system generate a random new password for you.
Please Note: You may not have a custom password reset.. it will be a random 12-character password that we suggest you write down so you won't forget it!
Before you reset your password we suggest you first perform a "Diagnose" on your failed-log-in.
To perform the "Diagnose" first go to the "Sign In" page (at the top of ever page) and enter your email address and the password you think is the correct password.
If you get message saying "Your Log In Failed" than click on the image at the end of the message.

You will be taken to a page that looks (something) like this:

If the first and second values are green-checkmark (as in the example above) than you know your account is active, which is the first necessary step.
Than look for the "Does email & password match?" -- If there is a red-X next to it than the password you entered is indeed incorrect.
If that is the case than scroll down the page a little bit and look for this image:
Click on that image and you will be taken to a page where you will need to enter the email address (it may be pre-populated).
This page should look something like:
Once your email address is entered simply click the button.
You will than be taken to a page with a brief message within it. Please follow the instructions. (basically, an email will be sent to your email address and it will have a link within it that you must go-to... this will than send you a second email which will contain your updated-randomly-generated-new-password!)
Once you have received the second email (which will contain your new password) you will simply need to click on the "Sign In" button at the top of the page to login using your existing email address and your new password. |
