What Are The Numbers On The Bottom Of Emails Sent From Your Support Staff?
All of the emails sent from our Support Staff (which is the address you send to when you use our "Contact us" form) should have two "Time Stamps" in the format:
T:XXXX:YYYY
These are the time that your email/message arrived within our mail-box and the time we reply to your email.
An example would be:
If you sent your email/message to us at 0700 hours (7:00am) and we replied to your email/message at 0745 hours (7:45am) than the Time-Stamp would show:
T:0700:0745
This allows us (and you if you care too) track the duration that it takes us to provide technical support to our community. We try to always respond within 5 to 45 minutes, but depending on the day and the time-of-day we may not be able to quickly respond to your email/messages. |
