How Do I Cancel My Membership?
Before explaining how to cancel your membership we would like to briefly address a question we often receive.
Recurring Payments / Credit Card Charges:
A small number of people have been asking why their credit cards are getting charged for another 3-months without their authorization.
To clarify our policies and activities please read the following carefully:
When you create a new account with AGJobs.Org part of the registration process is to make a financial payment.
Within the payment page of our website we clearly state the following:
"at the end of 3-months your Credit Card will automatically be charged an additional $xx.xx for another 3-months of membership activity"
At the time of payment, at the PayPal.Com Website, it also is clearly printed that you are entering into a legally binding Subscription which Terms of condition are $xx.xx USD for each 3 months that you keep the Subscription active.
The AGJobs.Org Website notice goes on to state that:
"a link will be provided within the 'My Membership' section of our website where you can cancel your Subscription/Account at anytime. Cancellation of your account will terminate your membership at AGJobs.Org and stop any further Credit Card processing for additional and continued Membership duration's."
To clarify these policies:
When you create a PayPal Subscription from our website (www.agjobs.org) you are thereby giving PayPal Inc. the legal authorization to charge your Credit Card the said amount until such time as YOU terminate the Subscription that you create. At no time does anybody from AGJobs.Org Terminate a Subscription with PayPal, unless we are instructed by PayPal Inc. of the legal right to do so (which has only happened once). AGJobs.Org has *NO LEGAL AUTHORIZATION* to "charge your credit card without your authorization", as some have accused us of recently. We do not store your credit card information at our website (or anywhere) so it is impossible for us to charge your account, rather all Credit Card processing is a legally binding contract between yourself and PayPal Inc., NOT yourself and AGJobs.Org.
When you no longer desire to be a member of AGJobs.Org it is YOUR responsibility to terminate YOUR PayPal Subscription. The staff of AGJobs.Org is not aware of when you no longer desire to be a member, only you do. Therefore it is YOUR responsibility to create and terminate all Subscriptions which can affect your Credit Card.
To those who have stated they do not like this process we are sorry, but in order to keep things working smoothly on our end this is the way it has to be. Your only alternative is to pay via a check which you can than mail to us.
How Do You Cancel Your Membership/Payments?
(1) Be sure you are logged into our website.
Once you are logged into our website you will see a "My Account" within the navigation links at the top of this website page.
(2) Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the website.
(3) Within the "My Account" page of our website you should see a button in the main body that says, "Cancel Subscription". Please click on that button.
(4) Once you click on the "Cancel Subscription" button you will be taken to PayPal.Com where you will need to log into their website and cancel all subscriptions from payments@agjobs.org and/or abela@4cm.com
Unable To Cancel From Our Website?

In Closing:
If you would like to cancel your membership (and follow the above steps) we will receive an email notification that you no longer desire to have an active membership with AGJobs.Org and will cancel your membership at our end (AGJobs.Org). Additionally, if you terminate all PayPal Inc. subscriptions correctly, you should no longer be charged every 3-months for membership to AGJobs.Org.
Cancellation of your account will terminate your membership at AGJobs.Org and cancel your recurring payment for your membership, charged from PayPal.com for membership for our websites. |
