How Do I Mark My Account As Semi-Anonymous
While it is impossible for us to provide full anonymous features of members account, we can in many places of our website hide your name, location and other basic information.
Of course, once you contact another member all of your information will be provided to that person, so this is something important to remember.
Perhaps the other important thing to remember is that very few churches looking to hire someone is going to initiate contact with a pastor who hides who they are. That is a big-red-flag to most churches looking for new staff, for a multiple of reasons.
To change your account over to a semi-anonymous account follow these instructions:
(1) Log into AGJobs.Org
(2) Click on the "My Account" at the top of the page.
(3) Click on the "Edit Personal Data" link provided.
(4) Toward the bottom of the next page is an option entitled, "Privacy Settings". This allows you to set a "No" or a "Yes" on whether to set your account as semi-anonymous or leave it fully public.
(5) Once you have changed it from "No" to "Yes" press the "Save Information & Continue" button.
To change your account from a semi-anonymous account to display all information simply reverse the above five steps. |
